The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is BACK! Participate live, in-person at Woodstock North High School OR create your own Care4 event and participate Virtually- your race, your way! Register by 10/10 to ensure a shirt at packet pickup. All proceeds raised at the Care4 event benefit Family Health Partnership Clinic in offering breast cancer screenings, early intervention & treatment, education and other women’s health services. FHPC is celebrating its 25th year of providing high quality health care to the uninsured men and women of McHenry County.
