The Kraft Heinz Claussen Pickle team, along with the Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce is bringing a unique holiday tradition to Woodstock this season.  While the legends’ origin is unknown, it is said that the person who finds the ornamental pickle on the tree receives an extra present from Santa or a year of good fortune.  We could all use some good fortune this year, so 40 Woodstock businesses will hide a pickle ornament in their establishment from November 1st to December 21st for a fun Legend of the Pickle Scavenger Hunt!  Participants will follow clues and get their game cards marked when a pickle is found.  Completed game cards can be turned in for a Legend of the Pickle craft ornament for their own home and a chance to win an iPad, pickles or other cool prizes.  Information and downloadable game cards will be able beginning November 1st on the Woodstock Area Chamber website.
