“Young at Heart’s mission is to provide senior dogs and cats with a safe haven to ensure they live with comfort, compassion, and companionship in their golden years.”
Enjoy outdoor yoga with the senior dogs at the shelter! This will be an easy and gentle beginner’s yoga session, great for all ages and skill levels. (Please bring your own mat)
After yoga and lots of pets with the senior dogs, enjoy a planting workshop with Ohm Grown! You will get to choose from a variety of ceramic planters & beautiful houseplants and receive hands on plant care education!
This is a wonderful opportunity to get out and socialize, get some self-care in, and to learn more about Young at Heart and adopting senior pets! Proceeds from this event will go directly to the shelter!
What it includes:
1st half
🌿Guided yoga with senior dogs!
🌿Meet & greet 🦮 Have an opportunity to meet and hear the stories of dogs that are available for adoption!
2nd half
🌿Planting workshop!
🌿Choose a 5″ ceramic pot
🌿Pick a 4″ houseplant

🌿Garden gloves to keep!
🌿Plant care 101
*Limited to 12 people due to space in the parking lot. We encourage carpooling.
Fees/Admission: $60 ~ All proceeds go to the shelter!
