When it all went dark.
The night before Christmas is an all-hands-on-deck event at the North Pole. Manufacturing teams are pushing out late-arriving orders even as Operations are in at peak chaos, leaving the Security team to begrudgingly lead a group of sightseeing children that Mrs. Claus approved at the last minute. Just hours before the big guy wakes up to begin his trip everything goes black.
