Once a year, the legendary Hatch Chiles arrive—and we’re bringing the heat with a celebration you won’t find anywhere else in the area. Watch as these flavorful peppers are fire-roasted on-site in a large rotating steel drum, filling the air with their signature sweet, smoky aroma.

Buy a case and we’ll roast them for free while you enjoy a laid-back community event with something for everyone.
