A Night Out- Carving on Clay and Sipping

Looking for a fun and creative way to unwind and have a night out? Then you’ll want to join us for this class!

You’ll learn the art of Sgraffito, a centuries-old technique where you scratch your unique design into black colored slip to reveal the white clay underneath.

While sipping wine, tea ,juice or water, you’ll practice carving on a coaster and then trace or free hand a  beautiful design on your platter.

At the end of the session, your piece will be glazed and fired by The Guild. This firing will make it food-safe and ready to use at your next party.

You will be able to pick up your piece within a week.

This fun, entertaining and educational activity is perfect for friends, siblings, dates, or even a solo adventure—and it’s a fantastic way to meet new people! All materials are included.   Must be 21 or older and provide proof of age.
