Join us in January for Scandinavian Winter Themed Afternoon Tea!

Entrees (one per person)

Lemon Feta Quiche: Tangy lemon and creamy feta baked to perfection in a golden crust.

Potato and Leek Quiche: roasted leek, fresh dill, and a potato base.

Roasted Pork & Cabbage Quiche: spiced pork with sautéed cabbage and Havarti custard.

Vegetable Frikadeller with Pickled Apple & Onion Slaw: pan seared patties of parsnips, golden beets, carrots, and split peas and finished with sweet-tangy slaw

Scone (one per person)

Lingonberry & Cardamom – tender scone with warm cardamom and a bright lingonberry jam center,

Cheese & Herb – smoked gouda, thyme, and dill

Tarts (one per person)

Cinnamon Custard & Berry Tart – Warm cinnamon custard layered with roasted mixed berries and finished a candied cranberry.

Mazariner – soft almond custard with a bright citrus glaze, a Swedish classic
