Cheshire Cat – Amuse-Bouche

A savory-sweet macaron with a curious twist—unexpected, a little mischievous, and gone too soon. Paired with Wonderland + Lemonade.

Caterpillar – Soup

“Who are you?” A question in a bowl. Roasted barley, sweet parsnips, and mushrooms marinated three curious ways, all brought together by a smoky lapsang broth poured tableside. Paired with Open Sesame.

Queen of Hearts – Salad

Mixed greens with heart-shaped strawberries, pickled shallots, feta, and cinnamon-chili candied pepitas. Served with a Parmesan sable and strawberry jalapeno jam that could just make you lose your head. Paired with Queen of Hearts.

White Rabbit – Main

Don’t be late for this tender rabbit in velouté with fondant potatoes and sweet roasted carrots. Paired with Eldarin’s Finest.

Alice – Dessert

A dream in the clouds. This raspberry tres leches cake, topped with rose whipped cream, is the perfect end to a whimsical adventure. Paired with Drink Me.
