This is an evening not only to take a deep breath and sit with others, but to open your heart to the differences that make people unique and embrace the similarities that create connection. We will share joys and disappointments in a safe environment without judgment.

As the horses support you through the process, participants experience the life changing, deep healing of Gestalt therapy. The result is a journey toward self awareness where internal conflict can be identified and addressed.

• Wear appropriate clothing as the arena is not heated or air-conditioned
• In extreme weather, we may meet in the Main House
