7 Chakra Healing Sound Bath with Bhante Rahula

This meditation and sound bath is geared specifically towards healing by aligning our seven chakras. Each chakra represents an important element in our bodies: root, sacral, solar plexis, heart, throat, third eye, and crown – which Bhante Rahula will describe in depth. By using this healing energy, we can connect with our body and mind.

Bhante will also be giving healing chakra bracelets to all attendees. He will bless them once a day for seven days chanting the Ratana Sutra 108 times. This powerful chant is known to be one that is deeply protective in its blessings.

Bhante Rahula is a Buddhist monk and was ordained over 30 years ago. He is certified in sound healing and combines meditation, ancient Buddhist chanting, and the use of quartz crystal singing bowls.
