Annual Ladies Night Out
Join us for Woodstock’s annual Ladies Night Out tradition! Always held the Thursday immediately following Thanksgiving, we invite you to shop and sip your way around the festively-lit Woodstock Square with your favorite friends and family.
Enjoy laughs, make memories and get your holiday shopping kicked into high gear. Make it a night to remember with our VIP Experience, or General Admission is free and open to all.
**A portion of Ladies Night Out proceeds will benefit the Miss Woodstock Scholarship Pageant scholarship fund.**
This year’s theme is “Fa La La La La” and guests are invited to dress up in their favorite holiday apparel. This delightful evening out will feature seasonal music throughout the downtown area including live performances from local groups.
Every Ladies Night Out guest will receive a complimentary tote bag, courtesy of Studio D , and a coupon book loaded with local deals and specials. The famous Ladies Night Out lidded cup is back so you can shop and sip your way through the evening.
GENERAL ADMISSION
General Admission Welcome Station from 4:00-7:30 PM
Location: Makity Make (inside The Old Courthouse Center), 101 N. Johnson St., Woodstock (or, use Throop St. entrance for elevator)
All Ladies Night Out General Admission attendees check in at the Welcome Station in at Makity Make DIY Craft Studio located in The Old Courthouse Center from 4:00-7:30 PM. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
- Attendees will pick up their bags and coupon books
- Souvenir Ladies Night Out Drink Cups are available for pre-purchase online or onsite at the Welcome Station for $5.00
- This cup allows you to Shop and Sip around the Square from 4:00-9:00 PM.
- With this cup you can go to any bar or restaurant to buy a drink and pour it in the cup to shop and sip around the Square
- Drinking is limited to within the Square boundaries and is not allowed on Throop Street, Jefferson Street or Calhoun Street. Alcohol must be kept within the perimeter of the Square as designated by vertical signage prohibiting alcohol beyond those points
- Other containers are not allowed for walk-around alcohol
- HOT TIP! Pre-purchasing your cup includes one raffle ticket, an additional $5.00 value. The ticket is NOT included if you purchase onsite.)
- Raffle tickets will also be for sale for $5.00 each. Raffle prize baskets are valued at $250. Two will be given away.
